How do I add my business to Calendus?
Download the Calendus app and tap "Create a Business Account" on the sign-in screen. Follow the setup steps to add your business name, category, location, and services. You'll start with a 7-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using Calendus for your business.
How do I add staff members?
Go to Profile → Business Settings → Staff and tap "Invite Staff". Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join your business. You can assign them roles (Admin or Staff) and set their individual availability.
How do I manage my availability and schedule?
Go to Profile → Business Settings → Schedules to set your weekly availability. You can set your regular hours for each day of the week, and add overrides for specific dates (like holidays or special hours).
How do I confirm or cancel appointments?
Open the Appointments tab to see all pending and upcoming bookings. Tap an appointment to view its details, then use the Confirm or Cancel buttons. Customers are notified automatically when you take action.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Profile → Business Settings → Subscription to view your current plan. To change or cancel your subscription, tap "Manage Subscription" which will open your Apple or Google subscription settings.
For Customers
How do I book an appointment?
Browse businesses on the Explore tab or search for a specific service. Tap a business to view their services, then select a service, choose a date and time, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation once the business approves.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Go to the Appointments tab, tap the appointment you want to change, and select Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations and reschedules are subject to the business's policy.
How do I find businesses near me?
Open the Explore tab and allow location access when prompted. Calendus will show businesses near you. You can also search by name or filter by category to find exactly what you're looking for.
How do I view my upcoming appointments?
Your upcoming appointments are shown on the Home tab. You can also tap the Appointments tab to see all your bookings — past, upcoming, and pending confirmation.
